By calming and stabilising the system, the brain and body can begin to relax, recover, and develop again.
At Brain Body Balance, we use neurotraining, breathing techniques, balance and eye-movement training, along with modern recovery tools such as Hyperbaric Pressure Chambers (HBOT), PEMF, and light/laser therapy (photobiomodulation).
Together, these methods support the nervous system’s ability to regulate stress, reduce overload, improve recovery, and increase both mental and physical presence.

CHAMPS
CHAMPS helps young athletes develop a strong and balanced body, clear coordination and a calm, focused mind. We train breathing, balance, vision, rhythm and movement control to create stable foundations that last over time.
The goal is for athletes to be able to perform with more ease, joy and confidence — without unnecessary strain or stress on the body.
