Service Description
Teaching breathing in schools gives students a simple, science-based tool to calm the nervous system, sharpen focus, and manage stress—skills that improve behavior, attention, and learning across all subjects. Just 2–3 minutes of guided breathing breaks can reduce classroom tension, support emotion regulation, and even improve posture and speech cadence. It’s low-cost, easy to teach, and creates lifelong habits of self-care—make “Breathe at School” a part of your routine. At the same time, preventing mouth breathing can change a child’s life by promoting deeper sleep, clearer focus, calmer behavior, and healthier facial and dental development.
